This MVP handles resumes carefully because they include sensitive personal and professional information. The summary below explains what we store, how it is used, and the controls you hold.
What we collect
Account details, onboarding preferences, uploaded resumes, extracted resume text, generated match results, saved jobs, application kits, and privacy consent records.
How AI is used
Resume text and job descriptions are processed by AI agents to produce structured analysis, match scores, explanations, skill gaps, and application materials.
Who else processes your data
Resume analysis and job matching run on OpenAI's API: the text of your resume and the job descriptions being scored are sent to OpenAI for processing. Under OpenAI's API terms that data is not used to train their models. Your account data and files are hosted on Supabase, and the app runs on Vercel and Render.
How long we keep it
Everything is kept until you delete it. Deleting your resume removes the file, its extracted text and analysis, and the matches built from it; the rest of your account stays. Nothing is kept on a schedule beyond that.
What we do not do
The MVP does not submit applications automatically, sell resume data, or expose service-role credentials to the frontend.
What deleting your account removes
Your login, profile, preferences, every resume file in storage (including uploads that never finished), extracted text and analysis, match results, saved jobs, applications, generated materials, and agent run history. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

You can permanently delete your resume or your entire account at any time using the controls below.
